Anxiety OCD Intrusive Thoughts Perfectionism Self-Esteem Values & Purpose

Overwhelmed by your thoughts

It feels like you can’t
turn your mind off.

If you’re here, you might be feeling…

Stuck in patterns you can’t break

You’ve tried to change,
but nothing seems to last.

Like you should be “further along”

You compare yourself to others
and feel like you’re falling behind.

Unsure if therapy will actually help

You’re not even sure where
to start.

My Approach

Therapy with me is practical, honest, and focused on what actually helps. We won’t just talk about your thoughts— we’ll change how you relate to them so they stop running your life.

I use evidence-based approaches tailored to you, including CBT, ACT, ERP, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll build tools that create real, lasting change.

What You Can Expect

We’ll explore the patterns, thoughts, and beliefs
