Frequently Asked Questions
-
Your cost depends on your specific insurance plan—things like your deductible, copay, or coinsurance. We’ll help verify your benefits before your first session so you have a clear estimate of what to expect.
-
We are in-network with select insurance plans. Because coverage can vary, we recommend reaching out so we can confirm whether we’re in-network with your specific plan and therapist. We are in-network with many plans through Utah Medicaid, Select Health Medicaid, Select Health, Aetna, Cigna, EMI, United/UMR, Regence/BCBS and PEHP.
-
You’re welcome to pay privately. Some clients prefer this for greater flexibility, privacy, or to avoid diagnostic requirements from insurance companies.
-
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build rapport and get traction. From there, we adjust based on your goals, progress, and what feels most helpful for you.
-
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged a $50 late cancel/no show fee.
