Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Jeff Stout, ACMHC
I help adults navigate stress, addiction, relationship challenges, and life transitions with practical, grounded support that helps them move forward with greater clarity and stability.
If you’re here, you might be feeling…
Stuck in the same patterns
You keep trying to change,
but nothing seems to last.
Carrying too much
Stress, work, family, and mental health feel
overwhelming.
Unsure what comes next
You know something needs to change, but don’t know where to start.
Tired of doing it alone
You’ve been trying to hold everything together by yourself.
Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward.
Together, we’ll look at the patterns, stressors, relationships, and coping strategies keeping you stuck—and build realistic tools for change.
My goal is not to judge you or “fix” you.
It is to help you create more clarity,
stability, and momentum in your life.
My Approach
Understand what’s keeping you stuck
We’ll explore the bigger picture— your thoughts,
patterns, relationships, history, and goals.
Learn practical tools
You’ll build skills to manage stress, emotions,
conflict, urges, and life’s challenges.
Start moving forward again
Therapy isn’t about perfect answers.
It’s about taking the next right step.

A little more about me
Outside the therapy office, I enjoy biking, gardening, music, and time with my family.
Every fall, I ride 50 miles around Bear Lake with my dad— a tradition we’ve kept for nearly a decade.
I’ve also sung with the Cache Valley Men’s Chorus.
