Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Greyson Hunsaker, ACMHC
I help adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, stress, compulsive behaviors, and life transitions with supportive, practical therapy focused on building confidence, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
If you’re here, you might be feeling…
Overwhelmed or stressed
Stress, pressure, and responsibilities
feel like too much.
Stuck or unsure
You feel uncertain about what’s
next or how to move forward.
Disconnected from yourself
It’s hard to feel confident, motivated,
or in control of your life.
Ready for change
You want to feel better, build skills,
and live with more meaning.
I take a person-centered and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel understood, supportive, and empowered to grow.
My Approach
Understand what’s keeping you stuck
We’ll explore the bigger picture— your thoughts,
patterns, relationships, history, and goals.
Learn practical tools
You’ll build skills to manage stress, emotions,
conflict, urges, and life’s challenges.
Start moving forward again
Therapy isn’t about perfect answers.
It’s about taking the next right step.

A little more about me
I grew up internationally and spent much time living in places like Japan, Hong Kong, and England. This shaped how I connect with others and gave me a deep appreciation of unique backgrounds and experiences.
I love playing and watching sports, especially soccer, hockey, and basketball.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy staying active, relaxing, and spending quality time with my family and close friends.
