He has experience working with individuals navigating addiction, recovery, crisis, life transitions, vocational challenges, and a wide range of mental health concerns.
His approach is influenced by evidence-based therapies while always focusing on helping clients create meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of the therapy officeOutside of the therapy office, Jeff enjoys cycling, gardening, and spending time with his family. Having lived throughout the Intermountain West, he appreciates the outdoors and has participated in an annual 50-mile bike ride around Bear Lake with his father for nearly a decade. Jeff also enjoys music and previously sang with the Cache Valley Men's Chorus. His wide range of life experiences continues to shape the practical, grounded perspective he brings to his work with clients.
